Aubrey Tolentino

Aubrey Tolentino President, Founder

Aubrey Tolentino was born and raised in Aurora, Philippines. She was very active in team sports growing up. This instilled in her the values of self-discipline and teamwork which serve her well when she was a cadet at the Philippine Military Academy. After realizing that military life is not for her, she decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management while at the same time working for various government offices. She also briefly pursued a nursing degree at Our Lady of Fatima University before migrating to the United States.

At 35 years old, Aubrey Tolentino founded and established Aubrey Totcare Agency together with her husband. She has been in this industry for more than 10 years. A culminating achievement to all the years of hard work, patience, love, care, and passion especially for the welfare of the children. The agency is but a reflection of her love for the job and a desire to help expectant mothers and parents in taking care and raising their precious tot.


Arnel Parreno Vice President, Co-Founder

Arnel is currently serving in the United States Navy as a Career Counselor and has been on multiple deployments to the Middle East and the Pacific region. His education, training, leadership, and experience in human resources and management are invaluable assets in the formation of this company. Arnel has a degree in mechanical engineering and has worked for Procter & Gamble Philippines. He has started his MBA education from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business before exploring the greener pastures of Dubai, UAE where he briefly worked prior to migrating to the United States. On top of his career success, he is also a wonderful father to his son. He emphasizes the importance of providing for his family’s needs and prioritizing their health, education, and safety. Like a typical Filipino father, he embodies the values of respect and integrity – these are the same values he hopes his son will emulate and pass on to his own children in the future.

All of our staff members have been carefully selected, hired, and trained. All staff members go through a strict hiring process before joining our team, including personal interviews, background checks, and skills validation. Moreover, our staff members are licensed or certified and have additional training within their fields.
